Taking the charm off and setting at benches does not reset the increased chance. You can literally stack it to 90% before a radiant fight and it will block the first hit 90% of the time. And it's almost never worse because of being a random distribution.Īlso extremely important it blocks both hits of double damage and it works during radiant boss fights.
So it effectively gives you 2 extra masks, but you don't have to waste soul or time to heal them you basically just get and extra mask back every time you heal 4 times, but sometimes it's even better. So it procs about every 4 hits and you have 9 health.
So it hits around 22-23% of the time and is fairly consistent. That is it starts with a 0% chance and goes up each time you get hit capping at 90% and when it procs resets to zero. It's a random distribution so it activates much much more consistently than if it was actually random.
