It may be noted that even if just one mission is appearing and you satisfy the requirements that still may not be enough to progress the plot if other quests are not done, so check your quest list, and various locations in the world map to see if there's any place you never went to yet, or didn't do a quest that can already be done at some location.Wow, that was a fast reply XD I do have some one mission (quest#006) that asks me to kill the reaper, but I assumed that it was basically the 'main quest' listed, and something I was supposed to 'finish' much later in the game.
